说的方面进步最大。我们公司总部在新加坡，以前去开会时一句也说不了。今年7月去开会时，我和别的国家的同事可以简单交流。我们培训时，轮到我发言时，我也是用英语陈述的。我们老板在大会上表扬我，说希望大家向我学习，都能用英语交流。

You can easily determine if you have made a mistake in your sentences. You change it to a grammatically correct sentences. On the other hand, you need to focus reviewing and studying the usage of pronoun. This is one of your weakest part, I hope you can improve it.
